I would recommend Phil to anyone who is wanting to learn, his lessons are thought out and well planned, and creates a calm friendly environment so you always feel comfortable while driving. He uses good teaching technique that helps prepare you for real world driving, not just teaching you to pass a test. 10/10 instructor.
